Job Description (Duties and Responsibilities:)

We are looking for a professional HR Administrator cum Recruiter to source candidates on behalf of our company for specialized positions. Must have Deep understanding of recruitment processes and strong knowledge of candidates selection methods. Develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, training and development, culture and attitude development.

Requirements & Responsibilities :

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that support the organization's goals and objectives
• Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
• Managing employee relations and addressing issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Conducting regular employee engagement and satisfaction surveys to measure and improve morale
• Developing and delivering training programs to help employees build skills and advance their careers
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
